A renewal of vows ceremony is a romantic and emotional way to reflect on your journey. Maybe you are about to celebrate a significant anniversary or perhaps you have been through a difficult time and want to acknowledge that you’ve come through it together. Whatever the reason, wanting to say ‘we still do’, shows that you cherish the strength of your bond and that you are still head over heels in love! What’s not to celebrate?

Your ceremony can be an intimate affair or shared with family and friends. It can take place anytime, anywhere and be whatever you want it to be. After all, you are celebrating your story, your way!

I have been married for over 30 years and understand what it is like to have a strong, emotional bond, married to your best friend.

I care passionately about making others happy, so I will work closely with you to understand your values, beliefs and preferences, telling your unique story in a way that is deeply meaningful to you.

I am supportive and organised, ensuring every detail of your ceremony is taken care of so you can enjoy a stress-free experience. As I only provide one ceremony per day, you will also have my undivided attention.

Having worked for many years in education, I am adept at troubleshooting and will calmly offer suggestions to aid the smooth running of your ceremony. I promise to bring lots of smiles, warmth and humour, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for you and your guests on your special celebration day.

Just send me a message to arrange an initial no-obligation chat so you can decide if I am the perfect celebrant for you. You can ask me lots of questions about what I do, and I’ll ask you a few too!

What is included? Prices start from £550

    I will send you a booking form, and once returned, your ceremony date will be exclusively set aside for you.

    A second meeting to get to know each other better, preferably in person (but this can be a video call if that suits you best). We will talk about your story, your dreams for your celebration and start planning what you would like to include.

    You will get a questionnaire to share additional stories and details you want included in your ceremony. You can complete this together, or separately to include an element of surprise for your partner!

    I can suggest readings or poems, rituals and music that would work well with your ceremony.

    If you would like support, I will help you write your new vows or you may prefer to read your original vows.

    I will prepare a bespoke, draft ceremony script and send it to you to review and edit. I will include any changes you request until you are happy with the script.

    I will be on hand to support you in any way I can with unlimited communication via email or telephone.

    I will liaise with your other suppliers to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day.

    Rehearsal of the ceremony (depending on location, this may incur an additional charge)

    I will deliver your ceremony with confidence, humour and heartfelt joy. I will arrive early and help your other suppliers to ensure everything is ready for your ceremony. And of course, I’ll be there to put you at ease and greet your guests too.
